Raingutter Regatta this Saturday
Thursday, May 7th, 2009I hope everyone has started on their boats! Paint should be drying nicely. I hope you used a waterproof paint otherwise the lanes will get a little coloured and your scout may end up with the paint on their hands!
One quick tip, though. Put a small amount of glue on the top and bottom of the sail to hold it in place to make it easier to blow against. Otherwise the sail can spin around and it can stop the boat from moving as fast as it could.
