Don’t forget the float decorating at 7pm tonight at Nate’s house.

Well after all the trouble we had organizing the float I thought it turned out fantastically. For those of you that didn’t hear the story, the truck we normally use ended up getting snowed in the wrong side of the mountains in Sacramento.

At very short notice we managed to find a trailer we could use. I still don’t know who got it and from where, but thank you mystery person! Unfortunately couldn’t fit everyone on it, so the adults ended up walking behind the trailer. We tried walking alongside but kept getting hit by the candy the Scouts were throwing (and they can throw hard)!

All in all though, a great effort to find get and decorate a trailer given the few hours we had to work with. I would like to thank everyone that helped, especially Robb and Nate.
